Volunteer scheme credited with changing man's life

A programme designed to get people with additional needs back into work has transformed a 27-year-old man's life. Michael Reynolds started volunteering at Fordhall Farm in Market Drayton nine months ago after being made redundant during the coronavirus pandemic. He is one of over 1,350 young people supported through an employability and enterprise programme delivered by four charities across Shropshire. Reynolds has developed a passion for the environment and wants to continue working in conservation in the future.
